5 Days in Sivota, Greece – Beaches, Boat Trip & Local Highlights
Five days give you time to enjoy Sivota at a relaxed pace, combining nearby beaches, a day by boat and time to explore beyond the village. Use this plan as a flexible guide and adapt it to the weather, your transport and the people you are travelling with.
Day 1 – Sivota Village & Gallikos Molos Beach
Begin close to Sivota village and keep the first day easy. Gallikos Molos is a practical choice for travellers with young children because it is close to the village and has easy access to the sea. If you do not have a car, spend the afternoon nearby and enjoy a relaxed evening walk around Sivota harbour.
Day 2 – Boat Trip to Pisina & Sivota Islets
Make your second day a boat day. Pisina is reached by sea, and an organised cruise or a small boat rental gives you time to explore the Sivota islets and nearby sea caves. Bring water, sun protection and anything you need for the day. Before leaving, check the weather, the permitted navigation area and the return time for your boat.
Day 3 – Agia Paraskevi Beach
If you have a car, use this day to visit Agia Paraskevi, a sheltered bay south of Sivota with a small islet just offshore. Go early, choose one beach and allow time to relax instead of trying to visit too many places in one day. Without a car, stay closer to the village and enjoy a second beach day at your own pace.
Day 4 – Zavia Beach & Relaxed Evening in Sivota
Take a slower day and choose a smaller beach such as Zavia. The trees around the beach can offer natural shade, although it changes during the day. The water there can feel cooler than at other beaches in the area, so take your time and choose the spot that feels most comfortable for you. Keep the evening free for dinner in Sivota village.
Day 5 – Bella Vraka, Mourtemeno & Sivota Harbour
Use your final day for the place you enjoyed most, without rushing. If you would like one more small adventure, Bella Vraka and the island of Mourtemeno are worth considering, but the walk and the crossing through shallow water are not practical for pushchairs or very young children. Finish your stay with a final swim, a walk around the harbour and dinner in the village.
