Zavia Beach in Sivota

Zavia Beach is one of the most picturesque, small and green bays in Syvota, Thesprotia. It is located very close to the center of the village (on the road to Perdika) and is ideal for those looking for an organized but relatively quiet destination.
🌊 Beach Features
The water: It is crystal clear, crystal clear and has an impressive blue-green/emerald color. Important tip: Due to underground freshwater springs that gush in the area, the sea in Zavia is quite cold compared to other beaches.
The sand: It has fine, soft sand on the shore and at the bottom, making it very comfortable for walking without special beach shoes.
Natural Shade: The beach is literally "drowned" in greenery. Olive groves and dense trees reach almost to the waves, offering plenty of natural coolness.
🏖️ Organization and Facilities
Sunbeds: The beach is equipped with modern wooden sunbeds and umbrellas. The cost for a set usually ranges between €15 and €25 depending on the row (the first rows in the wave are more expensive). Due to the small size of the beach, the sunbeds are placed relatively close to each other.
Free Space: There is a small section for those who want to spread their own towel or set up their own umbrella, although space is limited.
Infrastructure: Toilets, showers and changing rooms are available for bathers.
🚗 Access & Parking
Access by car is very easy and quick from the center of Sivota.
There is a comfortable parking lot near the beach with plenty of shade from the trees, which makes the visit much easier.
Because the beach is small, it fills up easily during the peak months (July and August), so it is recommended to arrive early in the morning to find the ideal spot.
